Had 2 lots take photos of a property... totally shocked to see what they chose to capture.. The beds, the view from the dining room into the neighbors, the BBQ ..... etc etc. I guess these photos may come in handy should the beds or BBQ need selling... or if you can't be bothered selling and just want to give the house away...???
Honestly buyers are looking for anything to reduce your price.... needn't showcase the negatives or show-off the bits that make the home yours and not theirs! Invest in experience and show your home in it's best light!
